Warranty

US PEDIPSA warrants that the new pedicure spa chair purchased from US PEDIPSA will be from any defects under normal use during the WARRANTY PERIOD (listed below). The Warranty period will begin on the Shipping date and is identified by the unique Serial Number on the back of each pedicure spa chair. The Warranty extends to only the original purchaser of the pedicure spa chair and is non-transferable. The original purchaser must provide proof of their purchase at the time of honoring the Warranty. The Warranty ONLY covers parts, not labor. The original purchaser will be responsible for any labor costs incurred. The Warranty will be null and void if the pedicure spa chair is moved from the initial place of installation or is not installed in accordance with federal, state or local codes and ordinances. Exclusions apply; see EXCLUSIONS (listed below).

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Limited Parts Warranty of 60 months for the Pedicure Spa base and massage chair
  • Parts Warranty of 12 months that covers the Hydraulic, Massage and Electrical Systems (Service within 100 miles)
  • Parts Warranty of 60 months for the Jet System (within registered warranty)
  • Limited Parts Warranty of 36 months for all Leather (See Exclusions / only covers manufacturer defects)

US PEDIPSA will pay the shipping charges for all replacement parts during the first 12 months of the Warranty period. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred after the first 12 months.

EXCLUSIONS
The following will not be covered by the Warranty (including, but not limited to):

  • The glass bowl on the pedicure base after Delivery Inspection
  • Any labor cost incurred
  • Damage to pump and/or motor parts due to obstructions in plumbing lines, etc.
  • Staining, fading, or discoloration of plastic surfaces due to normal use and/or exposure to and/or use of harmful cleaning agents or chemicals
  • Staining, fading or discoloration caused by improper use of water additives and/or spa products
  • Any damage, staining, fading or discoloration of the leather seat, armrests or footrests that are not from a manufacturer defect
  • Repairs done without prior authorization of US PEDIPSA (Unauthorized repairs)
  • Any damage that includes, but not limited to, from a 3rd party carrier, misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, abuse or acts of God
  • There must be sufficient space between the pedicure spa chair and the plumbing connections. Any damage to the pedicure spa chair due to insufficient space is not covered

US PEDIPSA will not be responsible for any plumbing problems due to existing plumbing lines at the location. Purchaser is responsible for ensuring all plumbing lines are functioning normally prior to pedicure chair installation. US PEDIPSA will only do basic plumbing during installation (connecting hot/cold water and drain installation only).

SERVICE & DELIVERY
The purchaser shall forward all Warranty related matters to our Customer Service Department. The original invoice and serial numbers must be provided in order to honor all Warranty claims. Purchaser must send photos of the defective parts directly to US PEDIPSA before any repairs or replacement parts are authorized.

Customers are responsible for shipping defective parts back to US PEDIPSA, if insured. The parts must be packaged properly to ensure no further damage. US PEDIPSA will only ship out new parts after reviewing the defective part.

US PEDIPSA will be responsible for shipping new replacement parts during the first 12 months of the Warranty Period. All replacement parts will be shipped by Ground Service within an average of 7 business days. Arrival and delivery of replacement parts are not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Purchaser is responsible for checking all merchandise when it is delivered. US PEDIPSA is not responsible for any missing or replacement parts if the parts are damaged in transit during transit. US PEDIPSA WILL NOT be responsible for any freight charges or damage claims if items are not checked upon delivery.

Each service call will include a claim number that will stay valid until the issue is resolved. US PEDIPSA will do its best to accommodate delivery and repair services. All delivery and repair service appointments are subject to change without warning. Customer is responsible for checking all merchandise upon arrival of delivery (correct item/color, missing parts, any damage). Any incorrect, missing or damaged item must be reported to the delivery team before they leave. The delivery team is not responsible for any missing or damaged items that are reported after they leave.

Any request for removal of old salon furniture will be assessed a fee per item, depending on the item removed (pedicure spa chair: $50.00; manicure table: $20.00; nail dryer table: $40.00; set of technician/customer chairs: $20.00; receptionist counter: $40.00).

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT
A 25% (twenty five percent) restocking fee will be applied for all cancelled orders after 48 hours of purchase (No exceptions). If paid by credit card, the 3.5% (three and a half percent) processing fee will not be returned back to the purchaser.

There will be a $50 fee charge for each returned check.

Deposits for any special orders will not be refunded if cancelled (Special orders are orders placed for items that are normally not stocked by US PEDIPSA).

Orders must be paid in full before delivery will be scheduled, unless other arrangements have been made.

Customers that provide a check that is returned as insufficient funds, cancelled and/or STOP PAYMENT without US PEDIPSA’s knowledge will have their Warranties immediately voided without notice.

By signing at the Signature line, the purchaser authorizes US PEDIPSA to charge their credit card manually or swipe the card for the amount stated on the invoice.

The purchaser will be responsible for any and all court costs and attorney fees from claims made by US PEDIPSA due to the fault of the purchaser.
The Warranty will be voided if the purchaser fails to pay the payment after 7 days from the due date of their payment, and must pay for all related court costs and attorney fees.
