Our company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online and/or physical retail store specializing in professional-grade pedicure chairs and spa furniture. All products are intended for licensed nail technicians, salon owners, spa operators, and qualified professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Are purchasing products for legitimate business or personal use in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Are not purchasing products for resale without prior written consent from us.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Pedicure chairs and spa equipment may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing changes, screen resolution differences, or product updates. Minor variations in color, finish, or accessories do not constitute a defect.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal and approved third-party payment processors
  • Wire transfer or ACH (for wholesale/bulk orders — contact us for details)
  • Financing options through third-party providers (subject to separate terms and credit approval)
  • Check payments — please note a $50.00 fee will be charged for each returned check

Orders must be paid in full before delivery will be scheduled, unless another payment arrangement has been made in writing.

By providing a credit card, the purchaser authorizes us to charge the card manually or swipe it for the amount stated on the invoice. A 3.5% (three and a half percent) processing fee applies to credit card payments and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Customers who provide a check that is returned as insufficient funds, cancelled, and/or STOP PAYMENT without our prior knowledge will have their warranties immediately voided without notice.

5. ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. A second email confirming shipment or readiness for pickup will be sent once your order is processed and fulfilled.

    All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, and written content — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

        Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Virginia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
